I’m a certified energy healer, intuitive guide, and the heart behind Heart & Sole Healing.

My passion is helping women to find peace in their nervous systems again, reconnect to their inner wisdom, and release emotional blocks stored in the body. I believe healing doesn’t have to be harsh or hurried; it can be gentle, intuitive, and deeply supportive.

Foot Zone
A therapy that works by stimulating specific points on the feet that correspond to our organs, glands, and all the systems throughout the body. By applying gentle yet precise pressure to these zones, the body’s natural healing processes are activated, promoting overall wellness.

Reiki
This session invites your whole system to soften, release, and come back into alignment. As energy begins to move, your mind quiets, your body relaxes, and you start to feel more like yourself again. Many people describe it as a calming reset that helps them let go of what’s been weighing on them and reconnect with a steadier, more peaceful version of themselves. It’s a moment to breathe, rest, and renew from the inside out.

Access Bars
This gentle energy technique involves lightly touching 32 points on the head to help release mental clutter, stress, and old patterns. As these points are activated, the mind begins to quiet and the body can soften into a deeper sense of calm. Many people leave feeling clearer, lighter, and more energized, as if their mind finally has room to breathe again. It’s a simple, soothing way to reset your mind and support emotional well-being.

Craniosacral Therapy
Using gentle, light-touch contact to the head and neck, Craniosacral supports the nervous system for grounding, nervous system regulation, and rest to provide subtle shifts that create profound changes.
