I’m a mom to three kids and a proud grandma to one sweet granddaughter.
I was born and raised in Vernal, UT. I have a deep pull to travel. Seeing the beauty around the world fills my soul and truly feels like part of my purpose. The beach will always have my heart, and I’ll never get tired of sunsets, sunrises, or a bright full moon lighting up the night.
I wear my heart on my sleeve. I’m loyal, understanding, and I genuinely love connecting with people and learning about their story, whether it's with someone locally, someone I've met online or someone I've crossed paths with in my travels. I’m always open to new friendships and
meaningful conversations.I’m also a certified energy healer, intuitive guide, and the heart behind Heart & Sole Healing.
But before any of that, I’m someone who knows what it feels like to feel alone, to carry a lot, to feel the pain and crave a softness, peace, and support again.
My passion is supporting women as they reconnect with their bodies, calm their nervous systems, and remember their inner wisdom. I believe healing doesn’t need to be harsh or rushed. It can be gentle. It can be intuitive. It can feel supported and safe.

Here’s what most people don’t know about working with me. my work isn’t about “fixing” people because we’re not broken. It’s about helping you remember your wholeness and reconnecting with the version of yourself that exists beneath the stress, pain, and heaviness you’ve been carrying.
That is why I created Heart & Sole Healing.
So many women come to me feeling burned out, stuck, or like something is just off. They’ve tried pushing through, ignoring the signs, or carrying it all on their own. What I offer is a safe space to finally set that weight down. It’s about guidance, support, and hope, a place where you can breathe again and remember you don’t have to do this journey alone.
The tools I use, whether it’s Reiki, Foot Zoning, Access Bars, or Energy Healing, are just the doorway. What happens on the other side is deeply personal and unique to you. For some, it’s physical relief from pain or fatigue. For others, it’s mental clarity, emotional release, or simply feeling lighter and more at peace than they have in a long time.
At the heart of my work is the belief that true healing happens when we feel seen, heard, and supported. My role isn’t to tell you who to be, it’s to walk beside you as you reconnect with your own inner wisdom and strength.

Alicen is incredible at all that she does. After a session with her, my brain fog is cleared, my anxiety is significantly reduced, and my mind and body are filled with peace and grounding.
She also gives amazing advice for ways to continue healing after a session with crystals to keep around my bed or in my pocket, as well as oils diffuse, or snippets of a shared book to read.
